Controllership
Controllership from EXP means taking real ownership of a process end to end — the close calendar, the reconciliations, the controls, and the reporting that comes out the other side — inside your ERP and your control framework, with a named lead accountable for it.
What we own
How a process moves to us
This is the sequence we run on every transition, so it doesn’t depend on any one person remembering how something works.
Phase 01
We map the process as it actually runs — volumes, handoffs, exceptions, systems, and where time is really going.
Phase 02
We run a defined scope alongside your team. You compare our output to a known standard before anything moves.
Phase 03
Documented handover: SOPs, RACI, checklists, escalation paths and review points, signed off before we take ownership.
Phase 04
Agreed SLAs, a named delivery lead, a monthly governance review, and a continuous improvement track.
What you’re left holding
An outsourcing relationship that only exists inside people’s heads is a risk you’ve moved, not removed. These come as standard.
Every process we run, written down, versioned, and yours to keep.
Who does what, who signs off, and who gets called when something breaks.
Turnaround, accuracy and exception volumes, reported monthly rather than asserted.
How we fit in
We work across every major ERP because our clients do; we have never asked one to move to suit us. Where the need is bigger than a process, we can also build and run a dedicated capability centre for you — hire, train, operate to a defined standard, and hand it back in-house if and when you want it.
