For large US companies
Capacity for finance teams that already know what good looks like.
You are not looking for a bookkeeper. You are looking for people who can absorb a close, a migration or a transformation programme without needing to be told what a control is, why the sub-ledger has to tie, or what happens if the deadline slips.
Why companies call us
Usually one of these is true.
A transformation programme has been approved and funded, but there is nobody spare to run business-as-usual while it happens.
The month-end close takes longer than it should and depends on two or three people who cannot take leave in the first week.
An ERP migration is coming and the finance team is expected to absorb it on top of the day job.
An offshore capability centre exists but is not delivering, or needs to be stood up properly for the first time.
Attrition has taken knowledge out of the controllership team and it was never written down.
Audit requests arrive and pull the same senior people off close, every quarter.
What we take on
Process operations, transition, and the programmes on top.
We work inside your ERP and your control framework. Nothing here asks you to re-platform or adopt our tooling.
Multi-entity close
Close execution across entities and currencies, intercompany, consolidation support, and the close calendar that holds it together.
Reconciliations and controls
Balance sheet reconciliations, ageing and clearing, exception handling, and control evidence prepared to survive review.
Transactional operations
Accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger processing at volume, with agreed turnaround and quality thresholds.
Process migration
Structured lift of a process from your team to ours: mapping, shadowing, parallel run, sign-off, and documentation that outlives the people who wrote it.
Finance transformation
Process redesign, standardisation across entities, and the IT infrastructure decisions underneath a finance function that has outgrown its tooling.
Capability centres
Build, operate and transfer. We hire, train, run to a defined standard, and hand back a working team if and when you want it in-house.
Audit support
PBC list management, schedule preparation, sampling and tie-outs, so audit season stops consuming your controllers.
Tax compliance
Federal and state direct tax compliance, sales and use tax, and tax accounting support through the filing year.
How transition works
Nobody hands over a close on a first call.
This is the sequence we run, and the reason our transitions do not depend on any one person remembering how something works.
Assessment
We map the process as it actually runs — not as the SOP says. Volumes, handoffs, exceptions, systems, and where time is really going.
Parallel run
We run a defined scope alongside your team. You compare our output to a known standard before anything moves.
Transition
Documented handover: SOPs, RACI, checklists, escalation paths and review points. Signed off before we take ownership.
Steady state
Agreed SLAs, a named delivery lead, a monthly governance review, and a continuous improvement track.
What you are left holding
The documentation is the deliverable.
An outsourcing relationship that only exists inside people’s heads is a risk you have moved, not removed. These come as standard.
SOP library
Every process we run, written down, versioned, and yours to keep.
RACI and escalation
Who does what, who signs off, and who gets called when something breaks.
SLA reporting
Turnaround, accuracy and exception volumes, reported monthly rather than asserted.
Common questions
What enterprise buyers ask first.
Do we have to change ERP?
No. We work across every major platform because our clients do, and we have never asked one of them to move to suit us. We work in your instance, under your access controls.
What happens if one of your people leaves?
Our transitions produce written SOPs, checklists and review points before we take ownership of anything. Replacing a person is a training exercise against existing documentation, not a rediscovery exercise.
How long does transition take?
It depends on process complexity and how much is already documented. Assessment and parallel run typically account for most of it — we would rather spend longer there than move a process we do not fully understand.
How is our data protected?
Work is performed in your systems, under your access controls, on a least-privilege basis — nothing is exported or stored outside the environment you control. We are happy to walk through the specific safeguards on a call.
Who do we deal with day to day?
A named delivery lead who owns your account, backed by the leadership team. You are not routed through a queue, and you are not handed to a new contact every quarter.
